Happy New Year is an Upcoming Comedy Action thriller Directed by Farah Khan. Under the banner Red Chillies Entertainment, the Film is produced by Gauri Khan. The film have an bomblastic cast including Shahrukh Khan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Deepika Padukone and Abishek Bachchan. The film will be distributed by Yash Raj films in Worldwide Theatres.

The Film is the Third joint film of ShahRukh Khan with Director Farah Khan. They worked previously on Main Hoon Na (2004) and in Om Shanthi Om (2007) while the female lead is done by Deepika. the Film will be a Musical Heist. The film will be a Diwali release on 24th October, 2014 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
